PUCK'S TEXAS BBQ SAUCE

2 TBSP OF BUTTER MELTED IN POT
½ WHITE ONION CHOPPED
1 CUP KETCHUP
½ CUP DARK BROWN SUGAR
1 CLOVES GARLIC MINCED
1-2 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1 TBSP PREPARED YELLOW MUSTARD
2 TBSP CHILI POWDER
¼ CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
1 TBSP KOSHER SALT
1 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
1 TBSP CAYENNE PEPPER

SIMMER 15-20 MINUTES THAN LET COOL TO ROOM TEMPERATURE BEFORE STRAINING IT OFF INTO A SEALABLE JAR/CONTAINER.  YOU CAN USE THIS WITH ANY MEAT BEEF, CHICKEN OR PORK.
